Annual General Meeting (AGM)
We have a legal obligation under the Companies Act to hold an AGM. If you register for the AGM, we will process your personal information in order to enable you to exercise your rights as shareholder in connection with the AGM.
If you authorise someone else to exercise your rights pertaining to the AGM, we will process their personal data to ensure the orderly conduct of the AGM.
An audio recordings of the AGM may be taken to assist with recording of minutes.
In addition, the processing of your personal data may be necessary due to the current situation regarding coronavirus in order to protect your and other person’s vital interests.
